This machine design and customized for a Measure Steel Ruler Tools factory. Customer traditionly use Chemical etching make ruler.Chemical etching primarily use chemical reactions to engrave graduations on the surface of steel ruler. design pattern scale and then a special etching adhesive or cleaving treatment use to cover parts of the surface.The steel ruler is then immersed in an etching solution for a period of time, allowing the etchant to dissolve the uncovered areas and form the graduations. The ruler is then removed from the etching solution,rinsed thoroughly with water, and then subjected to surface treatment and coating.With China's environmental protection requirements, this process will be phased out by the market.
