As a high-quality and efficient welding method, laser welding machine has been increasingly used in the fields of machinery manufacturing, automobile industry, biomedicine, microelectronics industry, aerospace and defense industry. Most of the traditional laser welding machines are current negative feedback non-real-time control laser welding machines, which have poor control accuracy, automation, safety and reliability, and other major disadvantages. It is difficult to meet the increasing requirements of industrial automation production.This article designs and proposes a complete set of solutions and successfully implements industrialization according to the requirements of the waveform control laser power negative feedback welding machine in terms of safety settings, function implementation, remote control, multi-machine linkage and automated production.
